Abstract
Prof Hui’s research team developed many new, energy-saving and reliable ballast technologies for different types of gas discharge lamps, such as high-intensity-discharge (HID) lamps and fluorescent lamps. Apart from ballasting the lamps, the new technologies also provide dimming function with real energy-saving effect and overcome problems like acoustic resonance in HID lamps.
Features
? Dimming function with real energy-saving effect
? Dimming function ranges from 100% to less than 10% in actual luminous output without flickering and dark ring effects
? Compatible with ordinary dimmers and can be installed without re-wiring the buildings
Applications
? Fluorescent table lamp that has true “Eye-Care” protection
